It is no longer possible to subscribe or order lunches and teas as we are now fully booked
Ever since the first Henley Women’s Regatta in 1988, we have depended on our subscribers to keep the Regatta going and they have responded magnificently. Our entries have now grown to such an extent, that the Regatta is now a three-day event and inevitably this has increased our costs. Therefore we are looking for even more subscribers and whether you are attending the event for the first time, or have been a regular spectator in the past and have not so far subscribed, we hope to persuade you to become a friend of the regatta by taking out a subscriber package.
As a subscriber you will receive: -
- Free car park passes for all three days of the regatta
- Two subscribers badges enabling you to enjoy the racing from the comfort of the Chairman’s enclosure
- A free race programme and updates
I look forward to welcoming both new subscribers and old friends to the Chairman’s Enclosure throughout the Regatta where coffee and tea will be available each day.
Once we have received your subscription then I will contact you to enquire whether you would like to purchase lunch or tea in the Enclosure (reservations only and numbers limited). Taking the “Regatta Lunch or Tea” under the shade of one of our umbrellas is a lovely way to watch the high standard of racing at the regatta.

- For any forms received after the end of May then subscribers packs will be available for collection at the Regatta and we will make arrangements with the car park attendants on the Hillside Car Park for you to park without charge on your arrival.
- Overseas subscribers forms will only be posted abroad if received before the beginning of May. Otherwise, we will hold for your collection at the Souvenir Stand or post to a UK address if you can supply one before the end of May.
